You have the entire house to yourself, with the exception of a couple locked storage closets for our maintenance and cleaning staff to play in once in a while… and the attic, of course. No need to be snooping around up there 😉

This beautiful quiet neighborhood is impressive, boasting a peaceful scenery in the backyard where there is an open field beyond the fence of our huge back yard. There is a shopping center with fast food, an upscale Mexican restaurant, and Kroger Grocery Store within a 3 minute drive. There you will find a Zaxby’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and many more options. More upscale dining and shopping is within a 12 minute drive on Germantown Parkway.

The Agricenter is also a 12 min drive away.

The best way to get around is by ride share (Uber or Lyft) or by renting a car.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

✅3rd party bookings are not allowed without prior approval. Exceptions will be made for work groups needing to book through their home office. If you are local and want to book the house please message us first to discuss the purpose of your stay. If we are not clear, your listing will be canceled in order for us to stay in compliance with AirBnB policies. Honest communication is key.
